摘要
Nowadays in Mexico distance education on-line has increased in both private and public universities. There is a growing concern for quality in courses so instruments and standards have been developed to measure it in instructional design and technology matters. In contrast, important elements that should be present in the evaluation of learning achieved by the students with this type of learning experience have not been enough analyzed in spite of being an essential component. This report pretends to fulfill this gap by integrating aspects that should be considered in learning evaluation when preparing the course and also verifying its quality.
