摘要：

The article compares the processes that took place in Western Europe and other parts of the world during the early modern time. It analyzes the causes of the European rationalization in spiritual as well as in other spheres of life. Significant changes happened on political map of the world where the greater part was occupied by developed countries or their dependencies.
