摘要
The purpose of this article is to determine the incidence of the director in the educational effectiveness of institutions of secondary education in the case of El Salvador. The research presented here was conducted following a three-level model, a design implemented by the Pedagogical University of El Salvador in a project elaborated in secondary schools across the country. To gather information about 600 directors of public and private institutions, where valuable information was gathered on the elaboration of activities of directors in educational institutions; as well as additional information from teachers and high school students to identify educational effectiveness and its relationship to student achievement.
