摘要：

Socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of 6 outpatients (4 men), suicide victims was studied retrospectively during 5 years period. All disabilitied schizophrenic (ICD-10) patients were high users of mental health services (i.e., with frequently hospitalizations), suffered from chronic under treatment chronic depressive symptoms, have committed suicide by defenestration whereby they throw themselves out of a high window, with history of attempted suicide. The target group of high suicide risk requires biopsychosocial preventive measures.
