摘要
Transition metal complexes such as [Fe, (pyridine)n]2+ have been synthesized and grafted onto PTFE carbon. In aqeuous electrolyte, these materials display catalytic properties for the oxygen evolution/reduction electrode reaction. The behavior of a chemically modified PTFE carbon electrode in a PbSnF4 electrolyte oxygen sensor in the 10-3atmO2-1 atm range at 100°C and 160°C is reported.
