摘要
In order to investigate normal state of semiconducting magnetic manganese oxide La1-x CaxMnOz(LCMO), AC impedance measurement Au/LCMO(25-100 nm)/YBCO junction was demonstrated. The junction resistance of the Au/LCMO/YBCO increased as temperature was lowered, and no anomaly in the normal resistance was observed in opposition to YBCO/LCMO/YBCO junctions. Capacitance measurement revealed that the junction resistance is ascribed to the barrier material itself, not to contribution of Schottky barrier at Au/LCMO interface. The results showed that anomaly in the normal state occurs only in the YBCO/LCMO/YBCO junctions, and therefore proximity effect between YBCO and LCMO cannot be explained by diffusion of Cooper-pairs from YBCO.
