摘要：
The Dot Immunobinding Assay (DIA) on the basis of SERION(R)IMMUNO TAB produced by the VIRION/Wurzburg institute showed nearly the same sensitivity of detection as a simultaneous variant of DAS-ELISA. The investigations were carried out with eleven viruses from six groups. Due to its simple handling, low demand on laboratory outfit and short test time, DIA seems to become increasingly important to the practical diagnosis of plant viruses.
