摘要：

It is considered the development of the theory and practice of credit and financial activity of investment-innovative projects. It is analyzed factors which influence on the change of interest rate for a credit in world practice. Factors which render the real influence on the size of loan percent in the examined countries on the today's stage of their economic development are selected. Influence of risk degree is set on the change of interest rate for a credit. A corresponding economic-mathematical model is built, practical recommendations over are brought on her use.
