摘要
The main personnel management tasks on the basis of democratic foundations were determined for business leaders. The personnel management techniques were supplemented with democratic one. They are delegation and self-management. The views on the definition of delegation were researched, summarize and systematized. The essence of delegation and its advantages became defined more exactly.
