摘要：
An examination showed that it was feasible to make a spectrophotometric determination of the content of tetracycline hydrochloride and rifampicin. A regression equation adequately describing the concentrations of the above agents was derived by the least squares method. The proposed method may be useful in the control of the quality of combined drugs and in the analysis of biological fluids.
