摘要
The first water-gas process catalyzed by Ir complexes of type 1 is characterized by high efficiency and extremely mild conditions. Substitution in the 4,4' position of the bipyridine ligand by electron-withdrawing groups enhances the catalytic activity, since the activation energy of the rate-determing step is halved.
