摘要：

Cesarean scar pregnancy is implantation of gestational sac in the previous cesarean scar. Its prevelance increased in last decade. A 31 year old woman, had two previous cesarean section, admitted to the emergency service with vaginal bleeding. A gestational sac which was implanted in the previous uterine incision was detected in ultrasonography. In literature treatment options such as minimal invasive surgery, and/or methotrexate injection, uterin artery embolization can be preferred.
