THE EFFECT OF MAGNETIC SURFACE ANISOTROPY ON THE STRUCTURE OF DOMAIN-WALLS IN MAGNETIC-FILMS

摘要
Conditions were found for the surface anisotropy to have considerable effect on the two-dimensional distribution of magnetization in domain walls in thin magnetic films with positive uniaxial of magnetic anisotropy parallel to surface. Three ranges of the surface anisotropy constant Ks were found with different series of wall transformations depending on film thickness. Possible structures in that series are: the vurtexless Bloch wall (BW), double vortexed BW, single vortex BW, and Neel wall in various order.
