摘要
With the temperature fluctuation method, the sensible heat flux and friction velocity can be evaluated from standard deviation of the temperature and horizontal wind speed at one level. In principle, for unstable conditions the governing equations have to be solved by iteration. In this note, an approximate analytic solution is presented. Also, the solution for stable situations is discussed.
