摘要
In recent times, discourse studies have contributed significant tools to the social and human sciences, especially to think about a theoretical and methodological renewal. Within this context, this work aims to analyze how the ethos category allows an approach to the analysis of political discourse in our contemporary societies. This concept of ancient Greece is still important to see the "self-image" that is configured in the discourses (Dagatti, 2015). We will present, first, a tour of the most important considerations about the ethos and, then, we will work with some results of an ongoing investigation: the configuration of the intellectual subject in socio-political processes: the case of the self-denominated collective (2009-2015) in Argentina. Finally, we will use some categories of Eliseo Veron (1981-87) to enrich the proposed analysis.
