摘要
A new on-tine force control scheme is developed in machining operations by using the fuzzy set theory. Based on this new control strategy, very complex and uncertain processes can be controlled more easily and accurately compared to standard approaches for improving productivity. Furthermore, the computational task and time can be reduced as compared to classical or modern control theory. In this research, schematic control rules are constructed by using real experimental data produced by the pole placement adaptive control algorithm. Afterwards, experimental work, based on the end milling operation was carried out to verify that the fuzzy control scheme is applicable to the force control.
