摘要
The constant dipole moment induced in an atom by a static electric field is changed by monochromatic radiation which produces an additional optical-detection type constant moment. The latter is determined by the Kerr effect susceptibility χijkl (0; 0, ω,-ω) and has some properties characteristics of this effect. © 1990.
