Introduction: A model of clinical gestion is necessary in all health institutions to improve the quality in the attention. Objective: Describe the model of. of the Clinic Nuestra Senora de la Paz. Results: To describe the model and how the institution Nuestra Senora de la Paz has improve it Conclusion: Quality can be defined, measured and demonstrated. The described model can help to improve the attention quality.
