摘要：

In the context of investigations seeking to understand the lithic technology of late societies in Antofagasta de la Sierra (ANS) basin, this paper aims to deepen and continue, from a technical-and functional-morphological angle, the study of lithic artifacts from La Alumbrera, Corral Alto, Campo Cortaderas and Penas Coloradas 3 Cumbre. These studies add range to our understanding of late lithic technology in ANS and their differences with that of formative groups. Likewise it contributes to the discussion on the different models regarding the economic, social and political complexity of late societies from the basin.
