摘要：

The article is devoted to analysis of principles of organization of venture financing of intellectual capital reproduction. Nature and structure of intellectual capital are investigated. Mechanism of venture financing, its shortcomings and advantages in comparison with others ways of formation of financial resources are analyzed. Peculiarities of venture funds activities in Ukraine are considered.
