MECHANISM OF FORMATION OF THE ANGULAR-DISTRIBUTION OF RADIATION OF RELATIVISTIC ELECTRONS IN THICK CRYSTALS

摘要
It is shown that the angular distribution of the low-energy photons emitted by electrons with energy approximately 1 GeV in thick crystals is appreciably narrower than in an amorphous medium, and that this effect is due to the mechanism of coherent emission of radiation in a crystal by particles moving above the barrier.
