摘要
The dielectric relaxation of poly(phenyl methacrylate) and two poly(methoxy-substituted phenyl methacrylate)s was studied over the frequency range from 30 Hz to 3 multiplied by 10**5 Hz and the temperature range from minus 100 degree C to 170 degree C. Each samples shows three relaxation processes, termed alpha , beta , and +65,within the temperature ranges 90 degree C to 130 degree C, 20 degree to 90 degree C and minus 60 degree to minus 20 degree C, respectively. The alpha and beta processes were attributed to the micro-Brownian motion of the main chain and the entire side chain, respectively.
