摘要：

This article is a description of immunological disorders in a patient with Lesch-Nyhan syndrome who developed left-handed inflamation of lungs. In this article we discuss the etiopathogenesis, principles for diagnosing, and complications of Lesch-Nyhan syndrome. We have also attempted to evaluate the phenotype and the proliferative response of mononuclear peripheral blood cells.
