摘要
The effects of estradiol and estrone on the cell division and the nucleoside incorporation into DNA of the breast cancer line MCF-7 have been studied. It has been observed that estradiol stimulates nucleoside incorporation; the effect on cell division was not significant. In contrast estrone depressed significantly both cell division and nucleoside incorporation. © 1979.
