THE COMMUNICATION STRATEGY: AN ALTERNATIVE FOR KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITY CENTERS (MUC)

摘要
The communication strategies are tools that by means of the planning of actions starting from the referent, basic credo, thematic axes and strategic objectives (or other elements within it, according to authors' approaches) allow the spreading and socialization of the daily work of the Municipal University Centers (MUC) in the municipalities. In the following work are presented the results of the implementation of the communication strategy of the MUC in the municipality Cumanayagua which has allowed an appropriate knowledge management with local benefits, along with the understanding and synergic work with the key processes and media. The appropriate application of this same strategy reflects a bigger social recognition of what higher education in the community is and has been.
