摘要：
A new algorithm for subpixel accuracy using a correlation-like operation is described and discussed. We applied this method to digitized coherent images, where the speckle noise is the most important resolution limitation. In that case, the correlation-like algorithm presents a better resolution than the centroid algorithm.
