REEXAMINATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF HYDROSTATIC-PRESSURE ON PHASE-TRANSITION IN NH4HSEO4 CRYSTALS

摘要
Opposite to results obtained hitherto the low-temperature phase transition in NHHSeO2 crystals was found to occur at the decreasing temperature with the increasing pressure. The phase diagram for N&HSeCk crystals has been determined in pressure-temperature coordinates based on mesurement of electric permittivity, spontaneous polarization chnges and electric conductivity. © 1991, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
