摘要
A smooth-leaf cotton variety was subjected to three, six, and eight seed cotton cleaners and extractors and then ginned with two, one, and zero lint cleaners, respectively. The lint was made into yam, knitted into fabric, and dyed Tests were performed on the lint, yam, and fabric to determine quality parameters. The treatment with one lint cleaner and six seed cotton cleaners resulted in equal or better fiber, yarn, and fabric quality than the other cleaning treatments.
