摘要
Different materials have been proposed in the literature for use in personal and environmental dosimetry. Thermoluminescent detectors are widely used in these dosimetric procedures. The motivation for this work was to produce CaSO4 crystals doped with unusual elements such as europium (Eu) and silver (Ag). The thermoluminescence and thermally stimulated exoeletronic emission of new materials produced were investigated. The new routes for the preparation of dosimeters proved to be viable, with the TL emission of CaSO4: Eu, Ag the most intense among the samples studied.
