摘要：
Since September 11, it is clearly noticeable the restrictive impact of anti-terrorism legislation on civil liberties. It could be distingued between tree models with regard to counter-terrorism legislation: the military or cuasi-military option, a drastic change in the exceptional anti-terrorism legislation and, finally, a reinforcement of this legislation in specific aspects. This article analyzes the recently French anti-terrorism legislation and the case law of Constitutional Council about this legislation.
