摘要:
Four new pseudoguaianolide-type sesquiterpene lactones, 11-alpha-H,13-dihydrorudmollin, 11-alpha-H,13-dihydrorudmollin diacetate, 15-O-acetyl-11-alpha-H,13-dihydrorudmollin and 4-O-acetyl-11-alpha-H,13-dihydrorudmollin, were isolated from Rudbeckia mollis. In addition, the known compounds rudmollin, rudmollin diacetate, 15-O-acetylrudmollin, 4-O-acetylrudmollin, 15-acetylconfertin, thiarubrine B, thiophene B, iso-alantolactone, iso-alloalantolactone, beta-selinene, trans,trans-farnesol, squalene and eupatolin were obtained. Structures and stereochemistry of the new lactones were determined by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformations.
