This article aims to address the life of man in society from the definition of logos as a hallmark of human being in relation to other animals. This requires, for order his conduct in society, setting a higher ethical, resulting of the principle according to which man is for man. This principle includes responsibility for another, with the observance of higher ethical values, including one who demands respect to secrecy, solitude, finally, the consideration for the right to privacy. This reference makes sense in this particular study, which also refers to the role of rhetoric in jus-political issues for which the persuasion is not dispensable, since fair. It is even possible that the argument in the legal and political domain, in which little is shown, not always prove and convince itself, but it's necessary to persuade face to face.
