Experimental liquid-liquid equilibrium data were obtained at 293.16 +/- 0.30 K and 0.1013 +/- 0.0020 MPa for nine water + 2-propanol + solvent systems. An adequate high-boiling solvent, 2-methylbutyl acetate, was proposed for separating 2-propanol from dilute aqueous solutions.
