摘要
As a step towards an integrated heterodyne receiver the tunable twin-guide (TTG) laser has been integrated with a waveguide on semi-insulating substrate using the butt-coupling and the integrated twin-guide (ITG) coupling scheme. Bn output power of 4 mW from the waveguide and a tuning range of 2.2 nm has been achieved.
