摘要
The paper presents some results of doctoral thesis "Time, work and well-being: an approximation from everyday life ". The main aim is to analyze from a qualitative approach how changes in working time affect everyday life. Empirical findings show that working time model changes from a golden cage to a hazardous freedom.
