摘要
Fluoro-Gold has been a very popular fluorescent tracer used recently for retrogradely labeling projection neurons. In this study we describe the advantages of using antibodies to Fluoro-Gold in conventional immunohistochemical reaction protocols to further extend the usefulness of this tracer for both light and electron microscopic neuroanatomical studies. © 1990.
