摘要
New high-consistency single-disc refiners for mechanical pulping that span the 6 to 15 MW (8000 to 20 000 hp) range offer features that maximize applied power and improve stability. This makes possible the production of optimum quality pulp throughout a broad range of process conditions. These features and the resulting mechanical pulping process benefits are described.
