摘要：

The present article offer to the professors that work on with Auditing discipline in the Accounting and Finance Major, a procedure methodology to design projects of professional character that contribute to the formation of professional competence in the students in the Accounting and Finance Major like auditor. It was conceived by means of the application of the systemic structural functional method. This proposal can generalize to professionals' process of formation of the intervening Higher Education the project like a form of organization of formative process.
