摘要
The kinetics of decomposition of titanium carbide powder (5/3 mum grain size) in a solution of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide have been calculated assuming a linear dependence of the radius of spherical monodisperse particles on reaction time. In certain cases the kinetics of this process depend on the shape and distribution of particles with respect to size; this follows from a comparison of calculated and experimental kinetic curves.
