摘要
Toxic managers, perform the required tasks and behaviors in abnormal way, current manager has become a fact of today's business life. Instead of being constructive toxic managers are generally unkind towards employees and making job life difficult for their employees and affect the employee's performance, motivation, productivity negatively. The aim of this study is to translate the toxic manager behaviors scale developed by Kusy and Holloway (2010) in to Turkish and to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. For this purpose SPSS 22.0 and LISREL 9.2 statistical programs using and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis has been performed to these data. According to the exploratory factor analysis, the scale is formed on a single factor and it has been observed that the internal coefficient consistence of the scale is 0,92. Scale that measures the structure single factor has been confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis by using LISREL 9.2 program and it has been observed that fit indices of the scale are significantly better. As a result, the scale has a satisfactory level of reliability and validity for Turkish employees and could be used in future studies.
