摘要
The results of a scientific investigation that is contextualized in the exercise of the profession in the province of Granma, Cuba, are presented facing insufficiencies in the pedagogical practice of the teacher with respect to the training content of the specialty. The objective is the elaboration of the formative strategy for the professor of Law as a cultural axiological manager in higher education. Theoretical and empirical methods were used to analyze teacher activities with a representative sample in an educational center. The results point to the improvement of the formation of the Law Professor from new relationships between the epistemological culture of Law and the praxiological culture of the Pedagogy of the legal teacher and is based on the formation of the legal teaching axiological culture.
