The influence of Aspergillus niger pellets size on the citric acid production in CSTR is analysed, Small pellets, with diameters about 0.5-1 mm offer the best results; overall productivities of 0.205 g/Lh, superior to many of those in literature, are achieved, This fact opens good expectatives, once the process optimization is carried out,
