摘要
(CH3)2NH2Al(SO4)2.6H2O (DMAlS) in the low temperature ferroelectric phase is monoclinic Pn. At T = 95 K, a = 6.445(1), b = 10.688(2), c = 11.109(2) angstrom, beta = 99.71(3)degrees. Ferroelectric properties are induced by the reorientation of the dimethyl ammonium ion disordered in the paraelectric phase and ordered in the ferroelectric one. Crystal structure of partly deuterated DMAAlS determined at T = 110 and 135 K, has been found to be similar to pure DMAAlS.
