摘要：

The article outlines the peculiarites of 18th century Orthodox literature development as part of literary process, describing the basic types of clerical writers of the period in question and works thereof. The author concludes that Orthodox literature seeks to find its own style, thematic identity, and bases upon the patristic tradition.
