摘要
A second derivative visible spectroscopic method to determine iron and manganese in wines is proposed. The limits of detection were 0.18 mg/l for iron and 0.054 mg/l for manganese. This method was applied to study the content of these components in VQPRD Galician (Northwest of Spain) wines. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
