摘要
The fundamental frequency of vibration of the structural elements described in the title is determined by using the optimized Rayleigh-Ritz method. Polynomial co-ordinate functions which contain an undetermined exponent γ are used in order to approximate the plate response. The eigenvalues are then minimized with respect to γ. It is assumed that the plate is elastically restrained against rotation along the edge, Buckling parameters are also presented. © 1993 Academic Press Limited.
