摘要
In recent years, rapid population growth and industrialization in developing the natural resources in the most economical and efficient manner by a reduction in utilization of water resources has become compulsory. Limited water resources, sustainable development and water continuously, ensuring a high level of benefits, but the plants are grown in accordance with the favorable climatic conditions in the region are determine daccording to the seasons of crop water consumption amounts can be achieved by creating irrigation programs. This study was aimed to using the Penman-Monteith equation, between the years 2009-2012 in the province of Trabzon reference evapotranspiration calculated and months of the year depending on the values obtained were made to detect the change in the amounts of Et-0. For this purpose, 11st Trabzon Meteorology Regional Directorate of climate data for the years 2009-2012 from the calculated reference evapotranspiration over the years in terms of changing climatic values were evaluated. Evaluation results according to data from they ears of increasing temperature and changing Et-0 there was an increase in the amounts.
