摘要
The transformation from the as-quenched amorphous to the crystalline states of Fe47Ni32V1.5Si6B13.5 has been studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. The first step of the transformation is structural relaxation, and upon annealing at above 375-degrees-C the magnetic anisotropies with an easy direction parallel to the ribbon plane in its bulk develop. The bulk crystallization starts at 500-degrees-C and some metastable crystalline phases were found. At higher temperature, one of metastable crystalline phases alpha-Fe(Ni) disappeared first. The final products of crystallization were found to be gamma-(Fe,Ni), (Fe,V)2B and another one which might have little iron atoms.
