摘要
New Zealands White rabbits were kept at various densities in cages during their fattening period. Transverse sections of the middle of the diaphyses of the long bones were compared macroscopically and histologically including morphometry. Rabbits kept singly had greater body weights but thinner long bones compared with animals kept in groups. Skeletal differentiation was not affected by the method of housing.
