OBSERVATION OF 2-DIMENSIONAL RESONANT MAGNETOPOLARONS AND PHONON-ASSISTED RESONANT TUNNELING IN DOUBLE-BARRIER HETEROSTRUCTURES

摘要：
We report the observation of two-dimensional resonant magnetopolarons in double-barrier tunneling structures, in which the source electrons are two dimensional. The polaron-induced pinning, splitting, and specific sample-related features are observed in the current-voltage characteristics. In addition, the coupling and splitting of the GaAs-like and the AlAs-like LO-phonon-assisted tunneling are also observed.
